  • I had a case that was limbo for years now and no other attorney could help me out . Until one day a friend recommended Mr. Evangelista. He was able to get my case moving again an i got my green card in 6 months after he took up my case. Definitely recommend him.

We didn't have a good experience every time I went they had a different person working on my case. They change employees all the time. I only saw the attorney about 2 times. When I called or went they could never find my file and when I called back they wouldn't return my calls oh but when it was about money they sure were calling me. When I was about to go to the appt. in Juarez they couldn't find my originals until I insisted and was already upset at them because they had my original taxes all the time after days of me insisting they did find it and also found more originals like my birth certificate and she even told me I needed to go get another one when they had it all the time. In various occasions this occurred when they said they didn't;t have my originals and they did because I was sure of that. I knew before them when was the appointment for Juarez because I got an email from the NVC confirming the date it took the attorney office 4 days after to call me and tell me my husband had a date scheduled already to me that shows they're too busy to take the time and be updated with all the emails or letters they get My husband had to stay longer in Mexico waiting for his passport because when the fingerprint department in Juarez emailed them his appointment they didn't bother to notice that they had his birthdate wrong so that made it not show up n the system and when I called the office spoke to Laura she told me that it was just a matter of waiting since the attorney office didn't;t bother to check what was going on I decided to call a number my husband gave me from Juarez and that was the way I found out his info was input wrong if the attorney office had done their job as soon as I called them to tell them it was taking too long my husband would of came back sooner and wouldn't affect us that bad financially. I could go on and on about the many mistakes they made like another one was that I got two letters from USCIS one which I was sponsoring my husband and then I got another one with all my information saying I was sponsoring another person (MALE) which also supposable was my husband. So when I called the office they didn't; know anything like usual at that time I don't remember who I spoke to because like I mentioned they change staff so much so of course I had to call USCIS and see what was the error after but before that I had to call USCIS because they had my husbands last name wrong when I had mentioned it to the person working on my case she said they would have that fixed and of course they didn't so guess what I had to fix it myself and like I said I could go on and on about how many mistakes they made but anyways if your going to hire them for your case you better be ready and aware because if not there will be a lot of mistakes that could even cause someone to not get their Green Card.
